We are a mental health clinic in Kelowna, BC that has a fantastic team of RCC therapists to find the right fit for YOU, your uniqued needs, story, and schedule. We believe the right fit is the most important part, that is why we have various specialities from anxiety, stress, depression, couples, sports, athletes, body image, disordered eating, confidence, CBT, postpartum, trauma, EMDR, and more. We serve children, youth, teens, adults, individuals, couples and families. We offer online, phone, walk and talk therapy, and in office counselling at our two clinic locations in Kelowna.
