About Sarina

Sarina earned a Master of Counselling Degree at City University of Seattle (Vancouver) and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Located in Victoria, BC, she sees clients virtually throughout British Columbia and works with those with a range of presenting matters, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, divorce, relationships, domestic violence, and family.

She has expertise in evidence-based Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and also employs solution-focused, narrative, mindfulness, and strength-based techniques to help clients improve their well-being and reach their goals. Specialized knowledge and training have also focused on trauma and working with families in separation and divorce. She has a particular interest in working with youth, adults, and seniors.

She has helped people struggling with issues such as:
