With a Graduate degree in Organizational Leadership Bernard consults with medium and large size organizations to promote mental wellness, productivity and EDI workshops both virtual and in-person. Bernard presents on topics such as unaddressed mental health in workplace, healthy workplace relationships, self-care beyond clich?s and dealing with change to improve company culture. An accomplished speaker, Bernard assists workplaces aiming to mitigate costly ambivalence impeding organizational success.

As a Registered clinical counsellor Bernard encourages clients, family and couples into his non-judgmental and trauma-informed clinical practice to find professional therapeutic support.
