Offering counselling and therapy with a commitment to build a sense of security and work with you in a way that is meaningful, helpful, and healing.
Because all of us are unique, it is important for me to work with each client based on their personal needs. I want to tailor counselling to suit you. However, I do draw from a variety of counselling approaches and tools. Some of these include Emotion Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
Qualifications: Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), who holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology (MCP) from Adler University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Psychology Major.
