About Colleen

You are not alone. In my role as a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I am honored and privileged to accompany you along your journey toward healing and happiness. It is my passion to help my clients navigate through life’s difficult challenges. I admire and celebrate your courage and vulnerability in seeking help when you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, depressed or anxious. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate environment where I can hold space for you as you seek healing and growth. I firmly believe that every client is different and as your therapist, I will tailor my service to meet your unique needs. A now retired Correctional Officer, I consider myself to be an individual with a unique perspective on life given my extensive work within a federal penitentiary. This experience has given me incredible insight and awareness of what it means to be a first responder and the consequences of the job both professionally and personally. I also have experience working with individuals living with addiction and trauma, and further training in occupational stress injuries in First Responders, and PTSD.
