About Nicole
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Clinical Supervisor (ACS-Candidate) with the BCACC and hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I provide online counselling to individuals and couples for relationship concerns, insecure attachment, history of relational or sexual trauma, stress and anxiety using trauma-informed, somatic approaches.
I integrate a variety of approaches in my work including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. My work is relational, attachment-based, and explores the mind-body connection and nervous system.
Individual Session – 50 Minutes (Online) – $160
Couples Session – 50 Minutes (Online) – $180
I also offer individual and group supervision for counsellors in private practice.
Individual Clinical Supervision/Consultation – 50 Minutes (Online) – $140
Group Supervision – 2 hour monthly (Virtual) – $65/group
