About Ping (Yoly)

Life is a journey filled with ups and downs. At times, you may experience emotional or relational struggles. You might develop ways to cope—whether by avoiding, disguising, suppressing, or talking with relatives or friends. But when these coping mechanisms no longer work, that’s where I come in.

I am Yoly Lin, a clinical counsellor and psychotherapist. Having personally experienced suffering and helped many others through it, I will be a companion during your difficult moments. Together, we will confront, understand, and relieve suffering, gaining insights along the way. This is where healing and liberation can begin.

I believe that suffering is a signal from life, inviting us to pause, listen, and respond. I would be honored to walk with you through the transformative process of resolving suffering.

In counselling we work together in a safe and supportive environment helping you understand your unique situation and assisting you in dealing with your issues. My approach is based on neuroscience and attachment theory, healing-oriented, emotion-focused, body-based and relational. I am dedicated to helping you step out of the shadows of the past, regain confidence and strength, live the fullest of your lives; or help you and your partner transform your feelings towards each other, rebuild the connection, intimacy, and love between both of you.

Counselling could be a life-changing process and a gift for yourself. In my practice I had the honor to witness the change and growth of my clients. I was impressed by their courage and resilience and I am happy to have been a scaffold in the down time of their lives. I would be happy here to be a safe harbor for you to cure and move forward.
