About Erin
At the heart of my practice is the belief that people can overcome adversity. I am committed to providing exceptional care that is grounded in evidence based treatments, tailored to meet individual needs. I work collaboratively and openly with people to offer support and intervention to address a range of concerns.
I work with people who are experiencing a range of challenges and utilize various modalities for a client-centered approach. In addition to this I have always been interested in the relationships people have with food and their bodies, and have specialized training to help address these concerns.
Change is hard and I recognize that it can be a daunting task. My approach to supporting people is warm, non-judgmental, balanced and fun.
