John Zak is an EMDR-trained Registered Clinical Counsellor with an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy who specializes in trauma and PTSD. He works with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, people-pleasing, and relationship difficulties, using approaches including EMDR and somatic therapy. John is also a Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) counselling provider, supporting eligible clients affected by crime. He offers in-person counselling in White Rock and South Surrey, as well as online counselling throughout British Columbia.
