It is a pleasure to hold space for you at this time. My name is Bethany. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor located in Creston, BC, on the unceeded traditional territories of the Yaqan Nukiy within the Ktunaxa Nations.

I am passionate about supporting individuals find peace and confidence within themselves. I specialize in working with folks healing from eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. I have experience working with clients experiencing pain relating to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, self-esteem, identity and oppression, and more.

I am committed to an anti-oppressive and intersectionality framework to best support clients of all lived experiences. I work to ensure my practice uplifts marginalized voices and honors the unique needs of each person. I recognize that our relationships with food, our bodies, and ourselves are complex and multifaceted, connected with both our internal and external worlds. In healing, we can process what is important to you in order to work towards authenticity and empowerment.
