I work as part of a team of master’s-level mental health care workers with backgrounds in counselling and psychology who provide quality mental health care. We assist clients through individual, couple, family, and group therapy modalities, and believe in providing personalized care for each person. Additionally, we provide consulting services to individuals, groups, and organizations in support of mental health and wellness to promote the importance of mental health for all. We ensure our clients connect with a compatible team member who can meet their needs and is available online or in-person.
We believe that every person deserves access to quality, ethical, mental health care. We are gender and identity-affirming, ethnically-inclusive, and neurodiversity-supporting therapists. We provide care in an accessible, discrete, professional environment. You are safe here.
