About Bonnie
Therapy is your space to be exactly as you are. I offer non-pathologizing, non-judgmental therapy so you can explore healing into your most authentic self. My practice is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered. Many of my areas of practice are grounded in lived experience, which informs my empathic and compassion-focused approach.
Areas of interest: posttraumatic growth, women and gender-diverse clients, gender & sexuality (LGBTQ+ affirming), communication & relationship skills, life transitions, couples, post-IPV/DV support (non-crisis), single parent support, family caregiver support, chronic illness (patient/caregiver), relational trauma.
I believe that we heal through being heard, seen and known. We’re never stuck if we can connect with our core values, self-compassion, and innate strength. While this can require working through painful emotions, it also allows us to emerge with greater purpose, higher wisdom, and more capacity for growth, love, and authentic connection.
