About Chantal

I specialize in trauma therapy, supporting individuals living with anxiety, depression, addiction, and chronic illness. Often, these experiences are connected to how the nervous system has adapted to past and ongoing stress.

My approach is interdisciplinary, weaving together EMDR, Internal Family Systems, attachment science, Buddhist psychology, and neuroscience. It is grounded in research and guided by a deep respect for your lived experience.

Many people come to therapy holding things that are difficult to name. You may feel stuck in patterns that do not fully make sense, or disconnected from yourself, your body, or your life. Together, we begin to make sense of these experiences with care and curiosity.

We create this work together, shaping a process around you and moving at a pace that supports safety and honours your capacity for change. I bring both clinical training and a deeply human approach to this work.
