NAVIGATE SUMMER ANXIETY WITH DR. LITTLE

While some of us look forward to Summer, it can be a very stressful period for others. Some of the top concerns on people’s minds include:

  • Climate change anxiety
  • Financial worries
  • Pressure to make the most of it all

If you find yourself sitting with anxiety during the summer, join our FREE webinar led by Dr. Nicole Little, an expert in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RODBT), is designed to give you practical tools to navigate the summer.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Understand how our natural temperament influences our response to stress
  • Explore strategies to distinguish between what we can control and what we cannot
  • Enable you to cultivate a flexible mindset
  • Help you embrace uncertainty while staying grounded in your values

You are not alone in feeling stressed about the summer. We hope that the information and tools you receive during this presentation will help you manage expectations, anticipation and uncertainly.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

J. Nicole Little, PhD, R.C.C.-A.C.S is a therapist who specializes in anxiety and other conditions of overcontrol and uses a Radically Open Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (RO DBT) lens in her practice. When not teaching, supervising or providing RO DBT, she kicks back with her personal three ring circus (her beloved dogs) and laments how much weeding needs to be done in the garden.
