About Ailee
Ailee works with individuals navigating stress, burnout, low self-esteem, or relationship challenges. She aims to help clients feel at ease through humour, authenticity, and a down-to-earth presence. Ailee creates a space that feels both collaborative and open, where clients can explore what’s been weighing on them without fear of judgment. Her clients often describe feeling grounded, seen, and gently challenged to grow. Ailee balances warmth with accountability, supporting people to reconnect with themselves and take meaningful steps toward change.
Her approach combines empathy and humour with practical strategies that help clients take action. She draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) & Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). Ailee also uses an Adlerian Psychodynamic approach and Attachment theory when it comes to addressing family dynamics and relationships.
Ailee believes that therapy is most effective when it feels real and human. She values curiosity, compassion, and connection, and bring these qualities into every session. When she is not working, she is taking walks with her dog, reading, going to concerts, travelling, and spending time with friends and loved ones.
