About Lindsey
Hello! I’m Lindsey Ririe (she/her/hers), a Registered Clinical Counsellor and BC Secondary School Counsellor. I offer virtual counselling services to youth and adults in BC.
My trauma-informed, person-centered approach emphasizes the importance of human connection in the healing process, and focuses on empowering you to create meaningful, lasting change in your life. My main areas of focus include motherhood, family relationships, school support, and life transitions. My goal is to empower individuals to feel supported, informed, and part of something greater, helping them thrive both in therapy and in life.
If you want to learn more or see if we are a good fit, I offer a free 20-minute consultation.
Looking forward to meeting you!
