About Ella
My passion is working with children and families; I bring a wealth of education with over 10 years of experience in Alberta and British Columbia. I love helping in recovery and healing for individuals who are struggling and need warmth and someone to be completely present. My aim is to support the creation of a rich, meaningful, and fully experienced life as a spectrum, helping individuals move towards their values and foster a life that best reflects that.
I practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) but excited to find what works best for you! I enjoy using more dynamic approaches such as Play or Expressive Art Therapy.
