About Elnaz

Sometimes in adult life, you may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying more than you can manage alone. Many people come to therapy when something in their life feels heavy, confusing, or no longer the way it used to be. You may recognize yourself here if you are struggling with childhood emotional wounds, relationship or family difficulties, patterns that feel hard to change, or challenges related to alcohol or substance use. Others come during major life transitions such as immigration, separation, divorce, or grief, often alongside a sense of feeling disconnected from themselves.

My approach is integrative, always tailoring therapy to your needs and experiences. My holistic approach allows me to integrate body, heart, and mind in the healing process. In our work together, we begin with what feels most important to you right now. Many people find it meaningful to be met in this way, with space to slow down, reflect, and feel understood, heard, and safe without fear of judgment.

I believe therapy is not about being “fixed,” but about gently reconnecting with your inner clarity, strength, and direction. Over time, this process can support greater emotional awareness, steadiness, and a deeper connection with yourself. I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you do not have to carry things alone. I am here to support you and no topic is off-limits and I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds.
