About Pavanpreet

As an attachment and evidence-based counsellor, my belief is that all individuals have strengths and can heal. I compassionately and collaboratively support children (6+ years) and young adults- whether they are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, life transitions, or are simply wanting to enhance their well-being.

I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from UBC, and over 8 years of experience in mental health, parenting, and child development. I tailor my approach to each client, providing holistic, culturally-sensitive interventions to best fit your needs.

My approach to counselling involves genuine empathy and care, with a strong emphasis on safety. Whether you are seeking counselling for yourself or for your child, I invite you to ask any questions that you may have about the counselling process.
