About Erin

Hi, I’m glad you’ve found your way here. I offer somatic feminist therapy for those who want help with attachment, PTSD and complex trauma (including childhood trauma and violent crimes), anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, identity, addiction, parenting, and self-worth. As a settler living on K’ómoks First Nation territory, I’m honoured to work at Wildwood Therapy, a feminist mental health collective rooted in care, connection, and justice. My approach invites you to reconnect with your body, strengthen your sense of self, and move through your emotions with compassion and intention.
I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria and have specialized training in trauma recovery and anti-oppressive, embodied practices. I’m relational and my work draws from Somatic Therapy, IPT, CBT, Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused, Compassion-Focused, Strengths-Based, and Solution-Focused therapies—and I’m always learning.
Let’s start with a free 20-minute consultation. You can book time with me through our website and if you’re covered through the First Nations Health Authority in BC, I take care of applying for funding and getting paid so that you don’t have to.
