About Casey

I work with people who are ready to explore the deeper layers of their emotional world, often because something just isn’t working anymore. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in familiar patterns: repeating the same conflicts, losing themselves in relationships, or feeling emotionally disconnected—from others and from themselves. They may not have the words for what’s wrong, but they know they want something to shift. Together, we can begin to explore and untangle what is between you and the life you long for.

I believe healing happens in relationship, and therapy is a space where old patterns can become visible and new ways of relating can be practiced. With a trauma- and nervous-system-informed approach, we’ll explore your experiences, notice what’s holding you back, and work together to create the changes and connections that matter most to you.

If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to reach out for a conversation (video or phone call). This is a relaxed conversation where we can explore your needs, answer your questions, and get a sense of whether my approach feels like a good fit. You can lead the conversation, or I can guide it—whatever feels most helpful to you.
