About Sarah

Sarah (she/her) works at SOLA Counselling in West Vancouver as a Registered Clinical Counsellor. With a decade of experience in human resources, she brings a strong foundation in supporting people through life’s transitions. In addition to working as an Associate at SOLA, Sarah works at Kenneth Gordon Maplewood School (KGMS) in North Vancouver supporting neurodivergent high school students.

Sarah is committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where her clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Her approach is person-centered and rooted in empathy, respect, and authenticity.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors, reading the latest pick for her book club, playing field hockey, or hanging out with her cat, Boo!
