About Morgan
Many of us carry difficult experiences, find ourselves navigating unexpected circumstances, or rely on coping strategies that can make it hard to feel connected to the life we want to live. Perhaps you’re wanting to soften your inner critic or work on your relationship with food. You may be a student and want to explore identity or strategies to manage stress. Or maybe you’ve found yourself affected by dementia and are looking for a place to process grief, changing roles, and transitions. If what you’re experiencing feels hard to put into words, that is okay too! You do not have to figure it out alone.
I offer a calm and connected space where we will explore old patterns and dynamics, nurture your self-worth, and build resilience. I will invite a focus on emotions, coping, needs, values, and honour the parts of you that have helped you get here, while also acknowledging and unpacking systemic factors that may impact you and your experiences.
I strongly believe you are the expert in yourself and trust your inner wisdom to know when it’s time to reach out for support. If you’re feeling ready to connect, I invite you to book a free phone consultation where we can explore your goals and our fit.
At this time, I am working with individuals as well as families affected by dementia.
