The Social Worker/Counsellor will report to the Manager of Education and Support Services and play a key role in delivering counseling and healthcare navigation to individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and their carepartners. This is a full-time, primarily remote position based in the Lower Mainland of BC, with occasional in-person sessions and required meeting attendance at our Vancouver office.
