I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor based in British Columbia, specializing in the treatment of Insomnia Disorder using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. CBT I is the first line, evidence based treatment for chronic insomnia and focuses on addressing the behavioral, cognitive, and physiological patterns that keep sleep difficulties going over time. I work with adults who are struggling with ongoing sleep problems, sleep related anxiety, and the exhaustion that often accompanies chronic insomnia.
