Under the supervision of the Coordinator, the Youth and Family Counsellor provides compassionate counselling and therapeutic support to youth and their families. This role emphasizes building safe, supportive relationships while helping clients develop insight, skills, and confidence to navigate challenges. Services are delivered in BGC offices, family homes, and community settings. The Counsellor works collaboratively with youth and families to strengthen connections, support emotional well-being, and establish realistic, meaningful goals that promote lasting positive change.
