About Jas
I offer online counselling for teens and adults who may be navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or loss and grief. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe exploring what they are experiencing and moving toward greater understanding, healing, and growth.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming. I believe that each individual has their own strengths, wisdom, and capacity for change. In our work together, we may explore patterns, emotions, and life experiences with curiosity and compassion. I integrate mindfulness, attachment-informed perspectives, and elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support deeper self-awareness and emotional regulation.
I offer counselling in English and Punjabi and welcome individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. For many clients, being able to express themselves in their first language or within a culturally familiar context can make therapy feel more comfortable and meaningful.
