Vancouver Island Counselling is hiring for a full time or part time amazing counsellor to become part of the team of highly skilled counsellors serving the Cowichan Valley and/or Nanaimo region.
The most suitable person has experience working with individuals and couples with mild to moderate mental health needs, lives a life with a good work/life balance, has training with cultural diversity, computer system skills and literacy, and wants to work in a team environment. Vancouver Island Counselling is a non profit Employee Family Assistance Program that operates with Respect, Integrity, and Compassion as it’s mission for over 45 years.
Having modalities in EMDR, ACT, ART, or other trauma based therapies would be ideal. If you play well with others and enjoy sharing the sandbox, we would love to meet you here.
