About Sheenal
Welcome, and thank you for taking a moment to be here.
If you are reading this, you might be facing an unexpected crossroad, or simply feeling disconnected from the person you want to be. Deciding to seek therapy is a profound act of courage. I believe therapy begins with a trusting relationship where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and feel supported through life’s challenges.
I specialize in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care rooted in 14 years of front-line crisis experience, including police-based victim services. Our sessions balance deep reflection with practical strategies to soothe your nervous system, change stuck patterns, and help you live aligned with your true values.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors and hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology.
What you can expect from our sessions:
– Warm, relational, and attuned
– Collaborative, with you leading the way
– Curiosity over judgment
– Space to move at your own pace
– Trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
– A balance of reflection, practical strategies, and working toward meaningful change
Carrying a heavy burden or feeling disconnected is exhausting, but you do not have to walk this path alone. Your story matters deeply, and no emotion is too heavy for our space. I meet you with warmth, attunement, and curiosity over judgment. Take a courageous step for yourself today—reach out for a free consultation, and let’s begin your healing journey.
