About Addolorata
Having been a teacher for over two decades, I have gained extensive expertise in working with school-aged children. Currently, I am working as a school counsellor and my therapeutic approach relies mostly on the Attachment perspective, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Brief Therapy, which are effective for both children and adults. I have also worked in Couple Therapy for several years and have experience supporting clients with ICBC cases. Additionally, I have several years of experience helping clients struggling with anxiety.
