In my work narrative therapy provides the basic framework along with creativity and humour. I respect you as the expert of your own life, while separating the problem ( shame, anger, hopelessness) from the person (you) a multiplicity of stories begin to emerge.

When working alongside children and youth, we explore ways to outsmart the tactics of anxiety and promote unique and untold skills and identities in respectful and outside the box ways. We journey beyond surviving trauma and document new kinds of living with preferred identities.
