About Alanna
I offer nature-based (walk and talk) appointments in Pemberton, and online/phone counselling, for youth and adults, individuals, couples and families, on Fridays. Home office/rented office space, and weekend/evening appointments potentially available upon request.
My counselling approach is trauma-informed and draws from attachment theory and humanistic principles. I focus on building a strong counselling relationship with my clients and utilize tools and strategies from diverse modalities including mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, mind-body practices, and nature-based therapy.
Please contact me to arrange a free 10-minute phone consultation to see if counselling with me will be a good fit.
