About Amandeep

Amandeep identifies as a South Asian female. She has intercultural experience born and raised in Surrey, BC and growing up in a culturally diverse household. This profession sparked her interest very young in her career when she was fascinated by the intermingling between human experiences and their impact on a person?s view of themselves and the world.

She has extensive educational and practical background in mental health and addictions. In 2018, Amandeep graduated from University of Fraser Valley with a Bachelor of Criminology. In 2022, she graduated from City U University (Vancouver, BC) completing her Master in Counselling Degree. She completed the Master?s Program by successfully completing a thesis on the impact of intergenerational trauma within the South Asian community.

Alongside her education and training Amandeep has been highly active in the Lower Mainland by being employed by Fraser Health of British Columbia in the Mental Health and Substance Use subsector.

Amandeep provides private sessions to people from all walks of life. With a fresh training and education, and all the life experience to go align with, Aman is eager and willing to walk alongside others in their journey of self-exploration and healing.

She can accommodate your requests to meet in Surrey, or by video conference.

At West Peak Wellness our goal is to provide a safe, culturally competent and non-judgmental space for individuals to start or continue their healing journey.
