As a member of the LGBTQ2S community with mixed ancestry and a decolonizing lens, I see people as being impacted by their social, cultural and environmental circumstances. These factors intersect with the Self which includes spiritual, physical, mental and emotional aspects.
Your unique expression of Self requires an approach tailored to your specific needs and style of learning. We will collaborate on the approach and your goals to ensure that you get what you need from therapy. We will also build in checkpoints to allow for course correction.
