About Bita
Sometimes, life can feel overwhelming. In today’s fast-paced modern world, many of us experience anxiety, pressure from daily responsibilities, relationship challenges, or the constant need to keep everything together. In these moments, we may feel lost, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. We may also notice the same painful patterns repeating in our lives, without fully understanding why they keep happening.
Bita is the founder of ChangeMoment Mental Health Centre, a counselling practice created to support adults through these difficult times of life. At Change Moment, Bita offers a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can pause, reflect, and begin to better understand themselves. Through her work, she helps clients explore the roots of their struggles, recognize unhealthy patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping, connecting, and creating long-lasting change.
With a master’s degree in counselling psychology and over a decade of experience working with adults, Bita supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, family issues, life transitions, work-related stress, burnout, and other emotional difficulties. Her approach is warm, thoughtful, and individualized, helping clients reconnect with their inner strengths and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, reaching out for support can be the first step toward your own ChangeMoment.
