About Brittney

If you experience chronic stress, fatigue & burnout, or if your past life experiences have you stuck in anxiety or shame-spirals that seems to have no “off” switch, then perhaps I can help.

People are pattern makers and without awareness we often repeat patterns that no longer serve us, making us feel stuck. The good news is that we can make new patterns too. I help clients put their experiences in context with compassion and understanding. Together, we can build awareness and skill that can empower new ways of thinking, feeling, and being in the world, helping you heal your relationship with yourself and the people in your life.

I have additional training and experience supporting folks with developmental and relational trauma, PTSD, mood disorders like anxiety, depression and bipolar, perinatal mental health challenges, ADHD and other neurodivergence, substance use and misuse, and borderline personality disorder. I practice from a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and affirming stance.

I am an elder millennial, a mom, and a sometimes-cross-fitter (though I won’t challenge you to a push-up contest, I promise). Clients say I am warm and accepting, relatable, and direct when needed.

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS THURSDAYS & FRIDAYS I connect with clients by telephone or online Thursdays and Fridays, and have in-person availability in Burnaby on Fridays too!

Visit https://tuluatherapybc.janeapp.com/#/staff_member/14/bio to learn more about me and schedule your complimentary 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit for each other.

(If you are experiencing financial hardship, please ask about sliding scale availability.)
