About Cameron
Do you often feel stuck? As if you’re just going through the motions? I provide a space for men (in individuals and couples counselling) to tackle the issues that hold them back. I can help you: overcome resentment, understand and express emotions in your relationships, manage anger/anxiety/depression, navigate and embrace neurodiversity, and find your confidence. If past counselling hasn’t helped you make the deeper changes you hoped for, it’s time to try a different approach. Instead of talking in circles I’ll help you get straight to your core issues, so you can achieve real and sustainable progress in your life.
I will direct and guide you through exploring and changing the underlying processes that are keeping you stuck in unhelpful cycles and habits. Together we will make a tangible plan to break these patterns, process traumas, practice strategies to support yourself outside of session, and ensure you are continuously improving in your life and relationships.
Overall, my skills and experience enable me to support you in achieving emotional wellbeing, integrity, empathy, and connection with yourself and others. The first step toward change is always the hardest, yet once that step has been made, I believe everyone has the innate capacity for positive transformation. I am here to help you remove the barriers.
