About Casey

I specialize in treating anxiety and OCD in people of all ages. OCD is something that can be hard to talk about and even harder to find a treatment that works – but my in-depth knowledge and experience has helped many clients break free of their anxiety and OCD and finally live more healthy and fulfilling lives.

In OCD therapy, other issues often arise such as trauma, family issues, attachment issues, and self esteem among many other things. During the treatment for OCD, we may also explore some of these things as well to help better treat your OCD. It is important to me to understand you as a person – holistically – before we start treating the OCD. In this I bring a humanistic and person centred style so that you feel welcomed, heard, and understood.

For anxiety and OCD I use ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I also like to integrate cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and internal family systems and prolonged exposure therapy into my practice for trauma treatment.

OCD can be isolating and lonely. I can help you find your life again and help you reengage with the things you value and stop listening to the OCD. I can help you learn to live with your OCD and anxiety so that you have a happy and rewarding life again.
