About Celina
Hi, I’m Celina. I offer counselling that is relational, compassionate, and collaborative. I’m a Squamish Nation person of mixed German and Chilean heritage. I am also a mother, partner, and creative person, and have lived experience with anxiety, depression, and chronic fatigue. This experiences and aspects of my identity have led me to root my work in decolonizing, Indigenizing, and feminist frameworks.
Areas I have offered support in are identity and culture, life transitions, grief and loss, developmental disabilities, stress, depression, and anxiety. I collaborate with clients and draw from a variety of approaches based on what fits you best, for example, drawing from SFBT, Somatic Experiencing, IFS, and Indigenous healing approaches.
I believe in walking alongside others on their healing journey, at a pace that feels safe and authentic to you, and building spaces where love, safety, and insight can flourish.
If you are interested in seeing if we are a good fit, please feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. I look forward to connecting.
