About Chantal

So many of us carry quiet wounds from times when life did not feel safe. Trauma can live in the body as anxiety, depression, illness, or a sense of being cut off from ourselves and the people we love. Healing begins in a space where you are met with warmth, safety, and care.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor who works gently and deeply with trauma, addiction, grief, and chronic illness. My approach draws from EMDR, Internal Family Systems, attachment science, mindfulness, and neurobiology. I welcome you into a space where what has felt too heavy to carry alone can be held with compassion, making room for new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Therapy is not about erasing the past. It is about finding safety within, rediscovering your capacity to connect, and moving toward a life shaped by dignity, compassion, and choice.

If you are looking for trauma therapy in Vancouver or across BC, I welcome you here.
