I hold master’s degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Theological Studies, with my MFT degree from a COAMFTE-accredited program, along with advanced training in Bowen Family Systems Theory—a compassionate and experienced counselling professional with a proven track record in individual, marriage, and family psychotherapy.
I am proficient in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including the Bio-Psycho-Social Model, Bowen Family Systems Therapy, Polyvagal Therapy, Sex Therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and EMDR. Additionally, I am a certified Neuroptimal Neurofeedback trainer and a Parent Project Hope coach, dedicated to upholding the highest ethical standards in clinical practice.
