Courtney cares for those she encounters with empathy and a welcoming presence. Courtney has experience working with trauma in a variety of settings with individuals, groups, children, families, and couples. Courtney is committed to supporting others on their healing journey. She has more than 10 years of experience working in international mental health care settings and experience as a school counselor. She would be honored to partner with you in your journey.

2. PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS
Courtney is a Registered Clinical Counselor #21377 with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counselors.
She is also a professional member of the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association, and is certified in trauma care through the American Christian Counselors Association.
Courtney holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MACMHC) and a Master of Arts in Crisis and Trauma.
Courtney is an accountable mental health professional who is a recognized provider for Crime Victim Services. Courtney is also a recognized therapist through the MORE network serving Christian non-profit organizations.
Courtney is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of PTSD and complex trauma. She is certified to offer EMDR online and in-person.

Courtney is a trauma-informed, person-centered therapist who is influenced by systems and attachment theory. She believes in an integrative view of healing and wholeness. Courtney?s Christian faith shapes her worldview and desire to provide a supportive, accepting, and empathetic presence to all.
4. COUNSELLING INFORMATION
Counselling In-Person or Skype/Zoom Sessions available.
Session length: 50 minutes
Cost: $135- Individual sessions, $140- Couples/Family sessions
5. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
Payment is due at the time of the session by cheque or e-transfer. Make cheques payable to Doing Family Right
Cancellation Fee: With notification of less than 24 hours, clients agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to a full session.
