About Daniel

Hello! I’m Daniel.

Do you ever feel like you’re wearing a mask that doesn’t match how you feel inside? Whether it’s intentional or not, the cost of this may be anxiety, loneliness, or unintended harm to those around you. I specialize in making space for the quieter parts of you that want to be heard. I can support you to find ways to express yourself more openly, in ways you haven’t been able to.

With care and direction, I’ll help you explore barriers like anxiety, perfectionism, ‘people-pleasing’, and social expectations (among many others) that block how you show up. When authentic expression is constrained, it can lead to isolation and unintended harm (to both yourself and those around you).

I’m here to help you feel witnessed and guided as we look at ways that you can foster healthier communication and connections as you move through life. We do this while considering your unique cultural influences and the relationships in your life that matter most. Let’s remain open to whatever unfolds.

In a complex world with demanding expectations, there are so many ways to live. I practice non-judgment and get deeply curious about whoever you are, listening to what you’ve been through in life. I offer peacefulness and honesty. We’ll navigate feelings and somatic (body) sensations that emerge. I’ll check in with you along the way, respecting your needs.

Continually finding authentic expression is ongoing work, and it’s linked to our environments, our relationships, and our histories. The reward of looking inward is deeper connection with others, and a stronger sense of purpose. We’ll move at your pace. When you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here for you. Let’s find the voice in you that has been yearning to speak.

I’m glad to answer any questions you have about the journey. Reach out for a 20-minute phone consultation to learn more.
