About Devanshi
You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes, life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying anxiety, relationship challenges, major life changes, or experiences from the past that still shape how you feel in the present. I offer a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what you’re carrying.
I’m naturally curious about what lies beneath the surface: the stories we carry, the ways we learn to relate to ourselves and others, and the patterns that can shape how we move through life. I believe therapy can be meaningful while still feeling human. There is room for honesty, vulnerability, connection, and even humour.
I work with adolescents, adults and couples, navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship concerns, self-esteem, people-pleasing, burnout, identity, and major life transitions. I understand that culture, family, identity, and belonging can bring their own layers to our experiences. I bring this awareness into my work while recognizing that everyone’s story is uniquely their own.
Together, we can explore what has shaped you, make space for where you are now, and find a path forward that feels more aligned with who you want to be.
