About Dillon
Dillon holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor. He offers a warm and caring approach to counseling that fosters a safe environment and strong relationship, which is vital to growth and healing. Dillon takes a Person-Centered approach to counseling that allows individuals to recognize and maintain their values while focusing on accepting their authentic selves.
Dillon has experience and comfort working with a wide range of clients aged 11 and older and provides individual and couples counselling services. He recognizes the importance of collaborating to determine the best treatment options and takes a strength-based approach to applying Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, ACT, Gestalt, Gottman, EFT, and Narrative therapies. Dillon is confident working with individuals of different cultural backgrounds and empowers clients to be the experts of their own lives.
