The scope of counselling is wide ranging: clinical counselling (mental health including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, marriage and family counselling), forensic counselling (behavioural), trauma care, and consulting counselling (contract work), including group counselling programs. The various group programs that I offer are: Fundamental Skills for Success, Fostering Respectful Relationships, and a group program to address substance abuse. I am also a Clinical Traumatologist and a Certified Mediator. I am a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist.
