About Genevieve (Evi)

Are you questioning whether you’re doing enough, being enough, or meeting expectations? Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from self-criticism, perfectionism, or trying to hold everything together. My clients to tackle issues related to self-esteem, burnout, eating and body image issues. In session, we will get to know what’s happening inside, what is most important to you, and find workable strategies to help you live the way that feels most aligned to you.

I believe therapy is a place to understand yourself with more compassion and curiosity. Together, we explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others. I draw from attachment theory and emotionally focused therapy to help make sense of these patterns, while also incorporating practical somatic (body-based) tools.

I offer a warm, judgement-free space where you can feel safe, heard, and accepted. Together, we will explore the patterns that may be contributing to self-doubt, stress, or feeling stuck, while building greater self-compassion and confidence. I welcome you to reach out and see if we’re a good fit.
