Hello, my name is Grace and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#15884) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I specialize in supporting children, youth, and adults.

I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to help clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in navigating challenges. In my clinical practice, I draw from a number of therapeutic modalities including:
