About Guilherme
I provide clinical career counselling for adults navigating career uncertainty, professional transition, immigration-related career rebuilding, leadership pressure, and questions of identity, confidence, and fit at work.
My approach integrates clinical counselling, organizational psychology, career-development strategy, and assessment-informed practice. Depending on the client’s needs, I may use tools such as the Strong Interest Inventory, TriMetrix HD, EQ-i 2.0, and Stress Quotient to support deeper reflection and practical decision-making.
I work with internationally trained professionals, immigrants and global professionals rebuilding their careers in Canada, mid-career professionals questioning direction or fit, and leaders carrying the internal cost of high-pressure roles. Sessions may explore career clarity, workplace stress, burnout, values misalignment, professional identity, confidence, decision-making, and sustainable next steps.
My work is collaborative, culturally responsive, trauma-aware, and grounded in the client’s lived context. I offer services in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
