About Hayley

Are you struggling with the pain of grief following the loss of a loved one (recent or past), the ending of a relationship or a life changing transition? I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate these tender times alone. Grief often shows up in many of our life experiences, including the things we wish were better, different, or more.

I have supported people grieving a variety of losses including death, divorce, break-ups, infidelity, miscarriage, infertility, financial and job loss, a variety of life transitions and changes, childhood abuse, moving, loss of health, and loss of hopes, dreams, and expectations. It’s an honour to do this work, and I am forever inspired by the wisdom, power and resilience of the human spirit.

The goal doesn’t have to be to get rid of grief, but rather to integrate it into the fabric of our lives, where it softens and doesn’t feel so heavy to carry. Grief may still be alive, but there can also be space for more. Here we make space for the fullness of the human experience.

I specialize in evidence-based approaches that promote healing and recovery after loss of any kind. I believe that a supportive therapeutic process is one that is open, curious, compassionate, non-judgemental, and collaborative. Together we will take explore the wilderness of grief, and pave your unique pathway toward healing the pain of loss.

No platitudes or silver linings, just the real, raw and honest stuff. I know how painful, isolating and lonely grief can be and I am committed to honouring the fullness of the human experience. I know that grief and beauty can co-exist – let’s explore how together. I invite you to book a free connection call today to explore this possibility.
